Take complete control over your life in a crisis. Assume responsibility for your reality and for everything that happens. Learning to deal with our life’s challenges is the greatest enabler for growth and opportunity. As you accept responsibility and the taking charge of your present reality you will enable yourself to see opportunities previously unseen. Keep positive and focused and remember problems come to instruct not obstruct. Don’t blame or wish for the situation be different or wait for others to change. Your problems, or struggles are essentially a means toward self-realization.
All of life is about learning the simple art of problem solving or making choices. Treat everything as a learning experience from a
perspective of eagerness and enthusiasm. Chronic worriers tend to react emotionally by rushing into action. Allow stillness, prayer and
meditation to be an essential part of your action. When a lake is calm the reflections on the lake’s surface is true. Often the restlessness
of the mind will simply not be able to see the right course of action. Respond only after you've taken some time to observe and reflect
calmly on what is trying to happen.
Don’t take things so seriously. Be willing to experience and observe your challenges without treating it like an emergency situation.
The antidote to worry is purposeful action. Put all your energy and focus on the solution of the problem and spend less energy on
emotional energy spent on thinking about the seemingly unsolvable problem.
The quality of life depends not upon external development or material progress, but upon the inner development of peace and happiness.
Your environment needs to be supportive and stimulating to solve problems effectively. Negative energy often magnifies into negative
results. Keep cheerful and calm under all situations.
Deal with the problem – not its symptoms. Be creative by trying to do something different or
try getting a different point of view from a wiser person.
Practice using intuition by using that inward sense or gut feelings of what is
your next step. Often in life -and-death decisions need to
be made in split seconds — intuition can increases our chances of survival.
Acting wisely is a reliable guidance in complex situations, especially for instances that involving other people or conflicting goals.
To act appropriately is to do the right thing in all actions, at all times. Good actions produce good results; bad action produces bad
results. Solving problems that involve selfish self-interests, anger, and fear will bring all up kinds of emotional upsets which will
increasingly multiply the complexity of problem. It's often difficult to solve problems without the spirit of selfless service.
Enlightenment is achieved by living a virtuous life. Virtuous life is learned by following right action.
